Councilman Ralph H. Steele arrived during the reading of the proposed ordinance and
assumed his chair.
The subject of the proposed ordinance,just read, was referred to the Fire Chief and the

Committee on r'ire and Light; and the clerk was instructed to notify the fire chief

Accident Insurance renewed.
Discussion of the matter of accident coverage for the volunteer firemen disclosed the
