It was moved by Councilman Sullivan, and seconded by Councilman Carroll, that the fore- going bills be allowed; and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign warrants, issued upon the proper funds, in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all six councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. REPORTS OF OFFICERS. Mayor_ Yayor Anderson reported that the "Clean -Up" campaign had been well carried out, and he wished, at this time, to extend his thanks to Councilman Sullivan, Fire Chief Lafferty, local and it's representative Mr. Hiertz, and all others who by their interest the press and efforts had helped to put the thing across. �i ,,.. ..
