It was moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Brown that the
fore-
going bills be allowed, and that
the Yn;'or and City Clerk be authorized to issue city
warrants upon the proper fui,ds thereof.
Upon roll call vote, all four Councilmen
present voted in the Affirmative
and motion was declared carried.
Cotton Claim
The Claim of Cotton Engineering
& Shipbuilding Corporation in the sum of $191.91,
being the Claim for percentage retained
upon contract S,A;.2., as required by law,
was presented for consideration of
the Council, in order that payment might be
made
upon the termination of the required
thirty day period.
It was moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Carroll that said
Claim be approved, and the Yayor
and City Clerk be authorized to issue a warrant in
payment, at the termination of the
required thirty day period. Upon roll call
vote,
all four, Councilmen present voted
in the affirc.ative and motion was declared carried.
