Bid Acceptance Resolution
A resolution accepting the bid of Crown Zellerbach Corporation for a ten (10)
year lease of the lCater Supply Litre, was presented and read in full, as follows:

that it is hereby declared advisable for- said City to accept the
bid of Crown Zellerbach Corporation for the lease of that part of

said City Council, passed and approved April 18, 1944, which bid

bids for the lease for a period of ten (10) years beginning on
October 1, 1956, of that part of the waterworks and system of the
City of Post Townsend lying outside of the city limits as described
in the resolution passed by the Mayor and the City Council on the
18th day of April, 1944, and first published on April 20, 1944,
on the terms specified in said resolution, as follows, to-rrit:

It was moved by Councilmen L?aroldo and seconded by Councilman Brown that the
foregoing resolution be adopted. Upon roll call vote, all five Councilmen present
voted in the affirmative, and motion was declared carried. p

An ordinance accepting the bid of Crown Zellerbach Corporation, and directing
the LI¢ or and CityClerk to execute such a lease, was presented and read in full for
the first readingas follows:' -

AN ORDINATICE" accenting the bid of Crown Zellerbach Corporation for
the lease of that part of the waterworks and system of the City of Port
Townsend lying outside of the city limits as described in Resolution No.
44-4 passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor April 18, 1944,
and directing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute such lease.
