M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor H. E. Andermn presiding. ROLL CALL Officers and Members noted present upon roll call were as/follows: Mayor H. L. Anderson, City Attorney, J. Daly, City Clerk, C. F. Christian, and Councilmen G. F. Mueller, J. F. Yaroldo, Robt. 6:. Brown,T;n. Lar.mers Sr., and J. M. Carroll. Councilman Dennis Sullivan arriving during the session. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION It vies moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Carroll, that the minutes of the previous session be approved as read. Motion carried. Re: -Authority Garbage Contract A proposed form of contract providing for garbage services by the City to the w rr local Housing Suthority, was offered to the City Council for their consideration ! . at this time. But, as it was noted by the City Clerk that provisions did not wholly conform to the City's Ordinance gov,rning such services, the matter was referred to !4 "? the Committee on Harbor and Health.
