Reconvene and Roll Call
The Council reconvened in regular session at 8:45 o'clock P.M., and upon roll cull,
the following Officers and Members were noted present: Mayor H.E. Anderson, City Attorney,
I.J. Daly, City Clerk, C.F. Christian, and Councilmen, Dennis Sullivan, J.M. Carroll,
G.F.Mueller, J.F. tdnroldo, Edwavd Buse, Robt.. P:. brown and l:m. Lammers Sr.
Ro: 'Eater Line Replacement Resolution
'
It was moved by Councilman Carroll, that the vote by which the proposed resolution
for the extension of the lease of the Big Quilceno dater Extension Project was rejected,
be reconsidered. This motion visa seconded by Councilman Ltaroldo, and carried by voice
vote of ti:e Council.
The resolution under discussion, which was read in full at the regular session of
March 26th, and is incorporated in the minutes thereof, was again rend in full, at this

time.
Resolution Adopted
It was moved by Councilman L:aroldo, and seconded by Councilman grown, that the
aeic resolution be adopted. Upon roll call, vote all even Councilmen present, voted
in the affirmative, and motion was declared carrica.

It was moved by Councilman Brown, and seconded by Councilman "faroldo, that the
bids of lln. Nagel and Cotton Engineoring & Shipbuilding Corp., being identical as to

total, and also lowest bid, the two bidders meet in the office of the Mayor, or of the
City Clerk, and determine by lot, in the manner satisfactory to both, the winner of the
right to enter into contract with the City. Motion caried. r
ADJCURN:ZNT
There being no further business before the Council for their consideration at this
time, it was moved by Councilman Carroll, and seconded by Councilman Maroldo that the
Council do now adjourn. Motion carried.
