Gasoline Bids Accentedjp
It was moved by Councilman rirown and seconded by Councilman Carroll that the bid of the
Union Oil Company of California be accepted and that they furnish the City with gasoline for
a period of the first three months of the year 1944; that the bid of Shell Oil Co. Inc. be �r`trfi r
accepted to provide the City with gasoline for the second three-month period of the year a P°n �•
they that the bid of the Standard Oil Company of California be accepted upon the basis th t L
they provide gasoline for the City for the third three-month period of the year 1944; and r•C<i
that should it become necessary bids would be called at some future date for the purpose of s providing gasoline for the City for the final three-month period of the year 1944.. Upon rol ! rs<t �•

By common agreement, the City Council reverted at this time to the order of business

entitled "Requisitions" and a roauisition by the Street Department for materials not to
exceed the sum of N300.00 in cost rtas presented for consideration of the Council.
