B presented later in session special consideration had been given to the levies for the Bond Funds and the Indebtebt yf edness Fund and that, while certain of these funds might not require the full amount of the MINUTES OF PREVIOUS S'r.'SSIOIJ err A^'^ ,',t i k� proposed levy, it had been the thought of the interested officials that in view of present low, ® conditions it would be advisable to maintain the proposed levies as presented. It was moved by Councilman Carroll and seconded by Councilman Liaroldo that the minutes 11rt� c of the previous session be approved as written.
