Motion carried.412 Letter from the Housing Authority, continued: It is requested that a water rate schedule be set up for the Olympic View Hous- ing Project, WASH-45222 located in Port Townsend. Service will be wanted for sixty family dwelling units, one community building, and the fire hydrants. It is our plan to buy service through a master meter which will be furnished and installed by this authority on the site. Yours truly, A. M. Devine AMD;cs Executive Director Rate Established After some discussion of the matter presented in the foregoing communication, it was moved by Councilman Carroll that the water rate for this project be charged upon the basis of the number of units at the rate as established by ordinance and now in effect with rasped to apartment houses, etc. Further discussion followed for a short period, at the conclusion of which the above motion was seconded by Councilman Maroldo and carried by voice vote of the members present. From the Association of Washington Cities Receipt of bulletins of the Assoc. of Wash. Cities was acknowledged and same ordered filed for reference in the office of the City Clerk. REwUISITIONS Street Department A requisition by the Street Department for a power mowing machine complete with attach- ments at an estimated cost of $1,500.00 was read before the Council. Requisition Granted It was moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Carroll that the foregoing (requisition be granted. Some objection based upon the question of whether or not the (equipment was necessary at this time was raised by Councilman Lammers, and upon roll -call vote, Councilmen Brown, Sullivan, Carroll, and Maroldo voted, "Aye," and Councilman Lammers (voted, "No," and motion'was declared carried and requisition granted. RECESS It was moved by Councilman Maroldo and seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the Council recess at this time (8:35 o'clock P. M.) for ten minutes. Motion carried. RECONVENED AND ROLL CALL The Council reconvened in regular session at B:45 o1clock P. M. and upon roll -call, the following officers and members were noted present: Mayor H. E. Anderson; City Clerk, C. F. Christian; and Councilmen Robert W. Brown, William Lammers, Sr., Dennis Sullivan, J. M. Carroll, and J. F. Maroldo. No further business appearing for consideration by the Council at this time, it was moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the Council do now ad- journ.
