Second Ward Council Position Declared Vacant

In accordance with the provision which stipulates that in the event of the non-atten-
4dance of a member of the Council at three (3) successive regular meetings, the position of
said Councilman may be declared vacant upon motion duly passed by the Council as a whole,

it was moved at this time by Councilman Maroldo and seconded by Councilman Carroll that the

position of Councilman for the Second Ward be declared vacant. Motion carried.

Mueller Appointed Second Ward Councilman
The name of Mr. G. F. Mueller was presented by Councilman Maroldo for election by the

NCouncil to the position of Councilman for the Second Ward, and Councilman Maroldo did there-
i upon move that the Council do so elect Mr. Mueller. This motion was seconded by Councilman
and upon roll call vote, all four Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and

the motion was declared carried.,

Mayor H. E. Anderson presiding.
