Third Reading and Passage
The foregoing proposed ordinance was read by title only for the third reading Vrhere-
upon, it was moved by councilman Maroldo and seconded by councilman Carroll that the ordin-
ance do nor pass. Upon roll call vote, a'_1 four councilmen present voted in the affirmative,
and motion ,ras declared carried.
ADJOURNMENT
No further business appearing for consideration by the council,at this time, it was
