The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington met in regular session this
1st day of September, 1942
at 1:30 O'clock P.M. in the Council chambers of the City
Hall,
Mayor H, E. Anderson presiding.

It was moved by councilman Lammers and seconded by councilman Carroll that the fore-
going claims be allowed and that the }Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to issue warrants
upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll call vote, all four councilmen present
^eted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
