Insurance :: -j f Total - - -- - - Bills Allowed It was moved by councilman Lammers and seconded by councilman Maroldo that the fore- going bills be allowed and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to issue warrants upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon roll ca'_1 vote, all five councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. REPORTS OF OFFICERS City Attorney City Attorney, IV. J. Daly reported he had written a letter to the Smith Brothers relative to repair of the sidewalk upon the Water street side of their property known as the Central Hotel building. Mr. Daly stated that he had received a very enthusiastic response and a suggestion that he approach Mrs. Klinger and Mr. Welch adjacent property owners with a view to the betterment of all the sidewalks in that block. He gave it as his opinion that action mould be taken upon this matter at an early date. Sullivan Arrives Councilman Sullivan arrived at this time and assumed his proper place in the proceed- ings of the council. City Clerk City Clerk, C. F.
