BUILDING PERMITS A request for permission to build was presented and read as follows: Port Townsend, Washington January 5, 1942 Honorable Mayor and City Council Port Townsend, Washington Gentlemen: Permission is requested to erect a three room, frame dwelling, 20Ix 20t, on my property situate Sheridan and Hastings Avenues; at an estimated cost of $100.00 for materials.
