Dear Sirs:
We have been receiving a bill every month for rater far in excess to what one
would normally consume under our circumstances. Approximately 18,000 gallons was
! used this month and over 20,000 last month. We have asked that the meters be
checked which was done with but little if any results. It is quite safe to say that
these figures appall us and we would like to meet with the City Council at their
next meeting to explain this situation and see who if anyone is in error.
Thanking you for this privilege, I remain,
Very sincerely yours
M. Schaill, M.D.
