City entitled, "An Ordinance establishing fire limits within the City of Port Townsend, J ;

The City Council of the City of Port Townsend do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 815 of said City entitled, "An ;} r'
Ordinance establishing fire limits crithin the City of Port Townsend, and regulating the con- �,
struction of buildings within said limits, providing for the violations thereof, and re- N, cy
pealing all ordinances in conflict therewith," passed by the City Council. December 19, 1911,
and approved by the Mayor December 29, 1911, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as

It was moved by councilman Brown and seconded by councilman Carroll that the first
reading by considered the second reading and that the 3rd reading be by title only. Upon
roll call vote all five councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was de-
clared carried.
Cornett Arrives
Councilman Cornett arrived at thin time -and assumed his proper place in the council.
3rd Reading and Passage
The proposed Ordinance was read by title only for the 3rd reading and it was there-
upon moved by councilman Brown and seconded by councilman I.1ar•oldo that the Ordinance do
now pass. • Upon roll call vote all six councilmen present voted in the affirmative and
motion was declared carried.
UIIFI14ISHED AND NY11 BUSINESS
Wood For City Hall
It was moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by councilman Carroll that the building
committee of the City Council be authorized to purchase five or six cords of wood for use
at the City Hall building to be ordered from any available source. Upon roll call vote all
six councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
Re: U.S.O. Ground Breaking
Mayor Anderson announced that it rras the opinion of officials in charge that there
should be a, formal ceremony of ground breaking at the sight of the U.S.O. Recreation build-
ing to be erected soon. He asked City Attorney Daly to act as a commrittee of the Council
for the purpose of malting arrangements for said ceremony.
ADJOURNMENT
No further business appearing for consideration by the council at this time, it was
moved by councilman Brown and seconded by councilman Carroll that the council do now ad-
journ. Motion carried.

but there being no business on file in the City Clerk's office upon which action need be
taken at this time, it rras verbally agreed among officers and members 'that no attempt be
made to hold as meeting on this date.
