to be so estimated and based to be sufficie.,t to take care of cost of maintenance, operatior
extensions, interest, and sinking fund requirements, and other charges incidental thereto.
That said special fund is to be created, bonds issued and rates fixed and charged under,

Section 6. Insofar as all the provisions and intent of said Chapter 193 of the Laws

the gas pur.:ps to the edge of the curb while work is under construction. Ne also request
use of the south half of Adams Street between .later Street and the bay for the construction

City Attorney, Daly reported upon acquisition of Right-of=:ay for the Cherry Street
Access Road, stated that of the number of nieces of property damaged by reason of such
IIRight-of=:ay, demands for reimbrusement for Right-of_to be taken, are as a whole very
reasonable, he reported further that Mr. J. 0. Daubenburger had ask the sum of �250.00
