That said fund i is to be maintained by revenues obtained from the sewer system aforesaid by virtue of rates and charcoal to be established by ordinance for the funnishing of the sewerage and refuse disposal service to those receiving such service, such rates and charges to b e un- iform for the same class of service and to be made on a -monthly basis, the total revenues to be so estimated and based to be sufficie.,t to take care of cost of maintenance, operatior extensions, interest, and sinking fund requirements, and other charges incidental thereto. That said special fund is to be created, bonds issued and rates fixed and charged under, y the provisions of Chapter 193 of the Laws of and collections made, all as contrmplated b '.,ashington, 1941. Section 6. Insofar as all the provisions and intent of said Chapter 193 of the Laws of t'lashington, 1941, apply to this orcinance, the same are spade a part hereof aslhlly as if incorporated herein.
