the Council Chambers when LIr. Daly asked that he be detained for a few minutes. Mr. Daly

with a new hat, which he stated was to replace the one that had no doubt become battered

New Snpor Asks Cooperation
The newly installed L:ayor, 'K H. Anderson, expressed confidence that Council
and officers would work in close harmony during his term of office, and asked that'he
might be given the same full cooperation received by his predessor, Kr. Hirtzler.�

As a next order of business to be presented to the Council, Mayor °nd�n•son stated that
at this tine, nomination for the position of Mayor Pro Tem would be in order. Councilman
Maroldo thereupon nominated Councilman Lai=ers, and there being no other nominations

presented, nominations were declared closed and upon call of the Mayor for a voice vote,
the Council unanimously elected Councilman Lammers as l,.ayor Pro Tem.

Councilman Lammers arose and thanked the members of the Council present for the

Pro Tem.
