the reading of the
Bills, and took their seats in the Council.

It visa moved by Councilman Lammers, secondedby Councilman Robt. Brown, that the

foregoing claims be allowed, and the Mayor and pity Clerk be authorized to issue
warrants upon the proper funds in payment thereof. Upon Roll Call vote, all six
Councilmen present voted in the affirmative,
and the motion was declared carried.
The claim of Diesel Oil Sales
Company for Estimate No. 2 of
City Street Project Ito.
5, in the sum of $1482.41, which was
due and payable at this time, and the claim for
Estimate No. 3, City Street Project
No. 5, the same being the retained percentage of the
surfacing contract, in the sum of yT674.87, were presented by the
City Clerk for annroval

by the Council, and asked that both
claims be allowed inasmuch as
final release wbuld,no
doubt, be received for the retained
percentage prior to the next
regular time for pre-

sentation of bills to the Council.
It was then moved by Councilman nobt. Brown, seconded by Councilman Sullivan, that
the said claims be allowed and that
the warrant in payment of Estimate No. 3, City Street
Project No. 5, be issued at such time
as final acceptance of the
said project visa
obtained. Upon Roll Call vote, all
six Councilmen present voted
in the affirmative, and
the motion was declared carried.
