REQUISITIONS.
Police Dent.
A requisition by the Police Dept. for a siren for the Police Car, at an estimated
st of not to exceed w 35.00, was read; and upon motion of Councilman Maroldo, seconded
Councilman Sullivan, and passed by voice vote, the requisition visa granted.
ORDINANCES AI:D RESOLUTIONS.
City Attorney Daly stated that he had received a personal request from a rep-
sentative of the State Liquor Control Board that the City of Port 'Townsend go on record
th the Board, by means of a Resolution, as not being 1n frlvor of the issuing of any
censes, by the State, for the sale of beer of urine within the City of Port Townsend, in
dition to those now in effect.
It was moved by Councilman Maroldo, and seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the
ty Attorney be instructed to dray up such a resolution to be presented at the next
gular session of the council. Motion carried.

The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Plashirgton, met in regular session
this 17th day of September, 1940, at 7:30 olclock, P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Cit
Hall, Mayor H. L. Hirtzler presiding.
