The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this 21nt day of Jan.
1964 at 7:30 p.m. in the couhcil chambers of the City hall. Mayor Sullivan presiding.

The minutes of the previous session were read in full and it was moved by Councilman
Lindsey seconded by Councilman 3iebenbaum that the minutes be approved as read and that the
Idayor and 6ity Clerk sign same. ISotion carried.

The City Clerk presented three bills and claims that were audited by the finance committe

Councilman Siebenbaum made a motion seconded by Councilman Carter that the billds and fyr
claims be approved as read and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to draw warrants
