Councilman Steve said that it was a small amount and made a motion seconded by Councilman Hoglund that the
City Attorney be instructed to draw up the necessary emergency ordinance.
Uoon the question Councilman Siebenbaum asked where all the money was comm ing from from all these emergency
ordinances. He said when the planning cc was first brought un, the first question that he asked was
chow much it was going to cost. Everyone said that it was not going to cost the city one red cent, and at the
time he didnt think you could get anyone to work without cost and all he could say now was I told you so.
IHesaid why to you come out and say that it is not going to cost the city anything and then the first thing
that is done a budget if produced, •nd also someone made a report that bhere was 40,000 KMKM dh hand that could
be spent and that was wrong for that money that is on hand has been budgeted for the rest or the year and if
that money is going to be srent for the second time, the city will end u. in the red.
Upon roll call, Councilman Carter, Steve, Hoglund, Judy, must voted yae Councilman Siebenbaum voted nae. Notion
