Arey had checked around town and found that there were a lot of parking strips that needed to be cleared ut intersections. After some discussion Mayor Sullivan asked the street committee to check and have a report at the next regular eGu ar session. Mayor Sullivan siaid that he was having Col. Lester Hall, Civil Defense director for the 6ity of Port Townsend, to speak at the next regular council meeting and that all irt orested citizens .,,ere invited. It was moved by Councilman Stove seconded by Councilman Hoglund that the Garbago Department have pormiaslon to call for bids on the 1951 Chay.. uck I 'r and that the bid be oponod on the 18th of December 1962.
