Zity Attorney Abraham said that Mr. Grady who represents the Elks, discussed this matter with him and
showed him a copy of the proposed extension agreement, saying if the Council is satidfied with the operation
as it stands and think that the city does not ;:art to take the Golf course back, and -::ant to encourage
the Elks with the improvements that they have in mind thee, the extension should be granted. If not

satisfied then 'he extension should not be granted. Attorney Abraham said the` the lease provides that the
course ust be kept open to the public at all tines that there w-s nothing in the lease laying it would
