Notice is hereby given that the City of Port Townsend, Washington will receive sealed proposals up to 5:00

Councilman Siebenbaum introduced Mr Peterson & Mr. Andy to the Mayor & Council saying that they were repsen
In the Pacific Water Works & Supply Co. on Italian made pipe. Both Gentlemen talked before the Council and
also showed samples of the Italian pipe and asked the Council to reconsider the clause in the bid of manufact-
ured within the boundaries of the United States of America. After some discussion it was moved by Councilman
afferty Seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the call for bids be granted on the Pipe & copper tubing. Upon
oll call vote all councilmen present voted in the affirmitive and motion carried.

ESTABLISHING A BUS LOADING AND UNLOADING
ZONE ON THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE OF WATER
STREET AND IMMEDIATELY NORTHEASTERLY OF THE

INTERSECTION OF WATER STREET WITH TAYLOR

STREET IN SAID CITY, REMOVING PARKING METERS
THEREFROM, AND ESTABLISHING THE LIMITS THEREOF.
It was moved by Councilman Siebenbaum seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the first reading be considered1
the seconded reading and the third reading be by title only. Upon roll call vote Councilman Sullivan voted nae,
Councilmen Mueller, Lafferty Siebenbaum, Johnson voted yae, two absent, motion carried.
THIRD READING & PASSAGE
Ordinance No. 1395 was read for the third time by title only and it was moved by Councilman Mueller seconded

Councilmen Mueller, Lafferty Siebenbaum, Johnson voted yae, two absent, Motion carried.

The City Council of the `'ity of Port Townsend, Washington met in regular session this 7th day of February
,1, at 7:30 Pm in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Green presiding.
ROLL CALL
Officers and members present were as follows, Mayor Green, City Attorney Abraham, City Clerk Youngblood,
incilmen Sullivan, Mueller, Lafferty, Steve, Siebenbaum, Lindsey, Johnson.
MI";UTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION
The minutes of the previous session were read in full and it was moved by Councilman Mueller seconded by
tncilman Steve that the minutes be approved as read and that the Mayor & City Clerk sign same. Motion carried
POSTPONEP,ENT OF REGULAR ORDER OF _BUSINESS
Mayor Green called for a motion to postpone the regular order of business so that the bids for copper tubing
i transited pipe for the city could be opened and acted upon at this time. It was moved by Councilman S'ieb-
)aum seconded by Councilman Steve that the regular order of business be dispensed with at this time, motion

It was moved by Councilman Sullivan seconded by Councilman Lindsey that the City accept the bid of the
t. D. Fowler Co. Inv. After some discussion upon which Mr. Jack Mead the represenative from the H.D. Fo31er
:o. informed the council that the Company would exchange with out cost to the city all fittings to cooncide
rith their transite pipe.. Mayor Green called for a vote on the motion upon which Councilmen Sullivan, Lafferty
