Both Gentlemen talked before the Council and also showed samples of the Italian pipe and asked the Council to reconsider the clause in the bid of manufact- ured within the boundaries of the United States of America. After some discussion it was moved by Councilman afferty Seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the call for bids be granted on the Pipe & copper tubing. ROLL CALL Officers and members present were as follows, Mayor Green, City Attorney Abraham, City Clerk Youngblood, incilmen Sullivan, Mueller, Lafferty, Steve, Siebenbaum, Lindsey, Johnson.
