MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF SEPTEM13ER 20, 1960

The City Council of the City of Port Townsend mot in regular session this 20th day of Sep
960 at 7:30 PM 1n the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Leighton presiding.
ROLL CALL
Officers and members orosent were as follows: Msyor Leighton, City Attorney Abraham, Cit
lurk Youngblood, Councilmen Sullivan, Mueller, Lafferty, Steve, Siabonbaum, Johnson, Counc

MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION
Minutes of the previous session were rood in full and it was moved by Councilman Rtueller
aconded by Councilman Lafferty that the minutes be approved as read and that the Mayor and

BUILDING PSR;IITS
The following building permits were presented and acted upon as follows:

It was moved by Councilman Sullivan seconded by Councilman Lafferty that the building

Councilman Steve said that he believed that trailer Ord #1344 should be recended because

trailers are within the city limits and that the ordinance wr.s not being enforced. After som
discussion Councilman Johnson suggested that the city clerk write a letter to Mr. Higdon the

Councilman Steve commented on the letter of Judge Grady regarding the collection of bn rkin
tickets and recommended to accept his letter and deduct from his budget all items except

Councilman Steve reported for the fire & light committee on the street light request at 16
and Gise saying the committee had approved the light and made a motion seconded by Councilmen
