ROLL CALL Officers and members orosent were as follows: Msyor Leighton, City Attorney Abraham, Cit lurk Youngblood, Councilmen Sullivan, Mueller, Lafferty, Steve, Siabonbaum, Johnson, Counc an Lindsay absent. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION Minutes of the previous session were rood in full and it was moved by Councilman Rtueller aconded by Councilman Lafferty that the minutes be approved as read and that the Mayor and ity Clerk sign some. After som discussion Councilman Johnson suggested that the city clerk write a letter to Mr. Higdon the according to the Ordinance that no trailers to park in the city limits of Port Townsend unle n a regular licensed trailer court. Councilman Steve commented on the letter of Judge Grady regarding the collection of bn rkin tickets and recommended to accept his letter and deduct from his budget all items except i .. sl salary & social security coverage, and the balance go toward collection boxes that he had f seen advertised in the Washington cities magazine one could be placed near the bank, one ne❑ . }i3 the safoway store the third could be near one of the drug stores, and when people received parking tickets they could drop their money in one of the bores. 1 1r Councilman Steve reported for the fire & light committee on the street light request at 16 and Gise saying the committee had approved the light and made a motion seconded by Councilmen ! ,5^.r Lafferty that the request be granted. Liotion Carried, f T3IRD READING OF ORDINANCE J/1366 & PASSAGE ' § ® Ordinance #11386 Was road again in full and it moved by Councilman Mueller seconded by Councilman Johnson that the third reading be by title only.
