MINUTES OF THE PRESIOUS SESSION : iUthe minutes of the previous session were read in full and it was moved by Councilman Muel and seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the minutes be approved as read and that the Mayor 1'I and City Clerk be authorized to sign same. Upon which the e.•ror was corrected making the total bid $13,660.46. Councilman Siebenbaum said the Johns -Manville Sales Corp. was low bidder on the :'rater pipe and made a motion that the Johns -Manville Sales Corp. bid be accepted and that the bond of the other unsucessful bidder be returned seconded by Councilman Sullivan. Upon roll call vote all seven councilmen present voted in th• affirmitive and motion declared carried. Upon roll call vote all seven councilmen present voted in the affirmitive and motion declared carried. RECOFIVENE AIID ROLL CALL After a short recess the Council reconvened and Officers and members present were as follo S. Mayor Leighton, City Attorney Abraham, City Clerk Youngblood and Councilmen Lafferty, Avery Sullivan, Siebenbaum, Lindsey, Swinhoe and Councilman Mueller. It was moved by Councilman Sullivan and seconded by Councilmen Siebenbaum that the bid of t Buhler motor Co. being the beat and the latest that, that bid be accepted. Upon roll call vote all seven councilmen present voted in the affirmitive and motion declared carried. REGULAR ORDER OF BUSINESS RESULTED t! At this time Mayor Leighton ordered that the regular order of business be resumed.
