Upon which the e.•ror was corrected making the total bid $13,660.46. Councilman Siebenbaum said the Johns -Manville Sales Corp. was low bidder on the :'rater pipe and made a motion that the Johns -Manville Sales Corp. bid be accepted and that the bond of the other unsucessful bidder be returned seconded by Councilman Sullivan. Upon roll call vote all seven councilmen present voted in th• affirmitive and motion declared carried. It was moved by Councilman Sullivan and seconded by Councilmen Siebenbaum that the bid of t Buhler motor Co. being the beat and the latest that, that bid be accepted.
