�i Councilmen Sullivan reported that due to oickenoss and aeatber the committee that was
to give a report on various dangerous intersection in town would make a report at a later
data.
City Engineer Wilder told the Mayor and City Council that extreme need for replacing
new water lines with asphalt concrete pipe on Clay, Franklin & Jefferson streets bet son
walker and toy Street. lie said that the cost of material would be $20,000.00 and labor
�;, would be y7,500.00. He said that lie would like to have authority to call for bids for the
pr, transite pipe which would take about 9,000 foot of six inch transite pipe and 200 Poet of
four inch pipe to connect up with hydrants
in that area which would make the bid around

cilmnn Lindsey, seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the minutes be approved as read and the

present voted in the offirmitive and motion declared carried.

The following building permit was presented and read and acted upon vs follows:
Roy IN. Hawking, Shingle House, 201X151, Shake Sh'-nglos, Lowrance & Kearney, $200.00.

be granted. Upon roll call vote all six Councilmen present voted in the nffirmi.tive and

The following tear down permits were presented and rand and noted upon as follows:

We found twenty four or more hogs corralled and cared for in this residential ores of the Ci y
