LEVY FOR THh CITY OF PORT T0:7NSEND FOR
THE YEAR 1959.
THE CuY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT T077NSEIM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO7tS:
Section 1. That there is hereby levied upon all the taxable property in the City of Port
Townsend 'he following sums of money and rates of tax levy for the different purposes herei:

FIRST: For the payment of Current Expenses and for the Current Expense Fund, the sum of

rIFTH: For Port Townsend General Obligation Bond 1955 and interest, the sum of $5,418.3
and the rate of tax levy for said fund is hereby fixed at 2.0 mills on the dollar.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized and directed
to cert into the County Auditor and County Assessor of Jefferson County, 7Jashington, the
foregoing tax levy of said City.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be published once in the Port Townsend Leader to be in
force and take effect as provided by lair.
