It was moved by Councilman Mueller and seconded by Councilman Siebenbaum that the
first reading be considered the second reading and that the third reading be by title only.
Upon roll cell vote all six Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion carried.

Ordinance No. 1341 was read for the third time by title only and it was moved by
Councilman Siebenba= and seconded by Councilman Avery that the ordinance do now pass.

To: THE HOUNORABLE CITY COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF PORT TOW NSEND, VIASHIiNGTO1N:
The undersigned, owner of all real estate abutting upon that portion of the alley
hereinafter described does hereby petition the City council of the City of Port Townsend,
State of Washington, to make vacation of and to vacate that certain alley described as
follows, to -nit:
That alley located in Block 20 lying between lots 1,2,3 & 4 on the easterly side
thereof, and lots 5,6,7 & 8 on the westerly side thereof of said Block 20, lying South of
the Southerly line of 24th Street and North of the Northerly line of 23rd Street in O.C.
"Hastings Supplemental Plat to the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County, State of
Washington.
Petitioner does further petition that this matter be referred to the peeper
committee and upon said committee making a Favorable report thereupon, that notice of
hearing of this petition be had in the manner and form as prescribed by ordinance and law*
attached to this Petition is a copy of a plat showing alley to be vacated.

20th day of May 195% at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor George

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SESSION
The minutes of the previous session ^:era read in full and it was moved by Councilman
Mueller and seconded by Councilmen Ellis that the minutes be approved as read and that the
Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign same. Upon roll call voto all seven Councilmen
