Dear Doctor:
Even thoughy working on the State Convention at present, it is also necessary to make
ap our Regional Meeting schedule at this time.
fas I recall, you very kindly extended an invitation, either personally or in behalf
Df the City Council, for the 1958 meeting for cities of your district. Thus, Port Townsend
xas included on our tentative schedule, which we trust may meet your approval.
Would you kindly let us know just as soon as possible if the invitation still holds
3ood and, if so, whether the date mentioned on the attached schedule will be agreeable to
you?
If it is agreeable, about the only job that would need to ba done, as soon as you can, '
is to tie down a reservation for a dinner meeting, which we estimate now in a preliminary
way would be about 30 to 40. It is desired to publish the schedule in the fairly near future
showing not only the cities but the actual places where the meeting will be held. Ill
Word as soon as convenient would be appreciated at your early convenience. Thanks very,,'•-•:- -'
