T
P Mr. and Mrs. Porter,
Kuhn Street,
Port Tom Bend 3, Wash.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Porter:
Please be informed that, in the absence of your hooking up to the
sewer system, your use of septic tanks drains onto and contaminatsa
my farm property.
Also, your sprinkling of more than a 501 x Sot area causes
great flood damage by drainage onto my property, causing me inability
1 to ditch and farm the large area due to the flooding arising by your
operations.
1
In the event these damaging operations and conditions are not
ceased or corrected within twelve (12) months of this date, the
damaging swamping of my farm property with sewage and irrigation
water will force me to file a damage action against you.
If you should be interested in correcting the present watery
condition of my lot and trade the four lots desired by myself,
which would be a great improvement in appearance and property values
to both, kindly let me know.
Aside from your sewage and piped -in water problem, you should
be on my side, as we both face the same problem.
Yours truly,
(Sgd) ,Albert Follme

Mrs. Lee Davis of the Park Board suggested an ordinance for Zoning on billboards
and signs, because of the fact vandalism was defacing or tearing down signs, and
signs and billboards ward indiscriminately placed about the City.
