Also, your sprinkling of more than a 50' x 50' area causes great flood damage by drainage onto my property, causing me inability to ditch and farm the large area due to the flood- ing arising by your operations. In the event these damaging operations and conditions are not ceased or corrected within twelve (12) months of this date, the damaging swamping of my farm property with sewage and irrigation water will force me to file a damage action against you. ROLL CALL Officers end members present were as follows: Mayor George Bangerter, City Attorney Abraham, City Clark Ryan and Councilman Sullivan, stove, Mueller, :Avery, Ellis, SiebenboulA and Lindsey. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS SE3310H The minutes of the previous session were read in fill and it was moved by Councilmen Ellis and seconded by Councilman Sullivan that the minutes be approved as read and that the Mayor and City Clark be authorized to sign some. Upon roll call vote all seven Council- man present voted in the affirmative and motion carried. APPROVED BILLS AND CLAIMS Current Expense Fund $3,735.12 Olympic Gravity Water Fund 562.09 Library Fund 464.47 Park Fund 220.55 City Street Fund 929.85 it was moved by Councilmen .Avery and seconded by Councilman Lindsey that the bills be approved an read and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to draw warrants upon the proper funds for payment of same. Upon roll call vote all seven Councilman present voted in the affirmative anf motion carried. REPORT OF OFFICERS City Clerk The City Clerk reported the regular salaries for the month of January 1958 as follows: Current Expense Fund $4,549.95 Olympic Gravity Water Fund 1,316.10 Library Fund 33B.25 Park Fund 258.29 City Street Fund 1,547.85 Firemen's Relief & Pension Fund 225.00 City Treasurer The City Treasurers report for the month of January 195E was read and was referred to the Finance Committee, BUILDING PERI4I73 The following building permits were presented and road: Michael D. DeLeo, addition to reiidence 16x24 ft. frame construction, 19th and Haines Streets. 550.00 Harold W. Peterson , addition to residence 24x1SCt 9"' frame construction, 18th and Nilson Streets. $1,200.00 LaMOine 2. Sievert, Remove Chimney and replace with now 17x24 Brick Construction 726 Lawrence Street. $50.00 It was moved by Councilman Siebenbaum and seconded by Counoilman Steve that the building permits be granted. Upon roll call vote all seven Councilman present voted in the affirmative and motion carried. REQUEST TO INSTALL HOUSE TRAILER Port Townsend, Wash.
