Sept. 25 - 46
Mr. Mrs. R. B. Orsborn
Rt 3, Port Townsend
Dear Neighbors:
Some time ago I tried to buy a strip of land of about 50 to
75 feet along my line from you for Ditching purposes through my
Attorney Mr. Mengel. You have refused to sell any part or try
to improve mine and your Property. For years I have drained
your land, as you know when I bought this property 5 feet of
salt water stood on that Part of Property, which I have drained
and kept drained at my expense. Once more I am asking you to
sell me that Strip of Land at an reasonable Price, should you
fail to do so within one week, I will ditch anyway and I assure
you, y=, your land wont be drained any longer, and my ditching
wont benefit you in any way.
Hoping you will consider.
Respectfully
(Sgd) Albert Follme
