ROLL CALL Officers end members -.resent were as follows: Mayor George Bangerter, City (attorney Abraham and City Cleric Ryan, and Councilmen Ellis, Mueller, 7.vory, Siebenbaun, Lindsey end Sullivan. Councilmen Steve arrived during the reading of the min-utes of the previous session and participated in the remainder of the meeting. MII1UTES OF PREVIOUS SESSIO1i The minutes of the previous session were read in full and it was moved by Councilman Mueller and seconded by Councilman Ellis that the minutes be approved as read and that the Mayor end City Clerk be authorized to sign same.
