ROLL CALL Off icara and me:nbers present were as follows: "ayor doorge Bangerter, City Cleric Ryan, and Councilmo,.i Steve, Mueller, Avery,Siebonbaum and Councilman Sullivan who arrived during the reading of the minutes and participated in the remainder of the session.
