MINUTES OF REGULAR SESSION OF MAY 7,_1957., CONTINULU-
Councilman Sullivan Sullivan informed the Council that he had made a trip to the
Lord's Lake area on the request for taking the down timber out of that area whereby the
City could probably make 3 or 400.00 dollars out of the project. He stated that he had
examined the job that had been done last year and that they had done a very fine job of
cleaning up the area. Water Supt. Arey ask if the Councilman had seen where they had run .
over the water line and that the probable damage would be much in excess of the money .
that would come in for down timber. Councilman Siebenbaum stated that last year the roads
were too soft and that there was bound th be damage to the roads thereby slowing down our
own projects in that area. IIe also stated that the Engineer's did not want anyone in there.
As there visa no further business to come before the Council at this time it was moved
by Councilman Steve and seconded by Councilman Siebenbaum that the meeting adjourn, Motion
carried.
