It was moved by Councilman Steve and seconded by Councilman Mueller that the City Attorney reduce it to $100.00. Upon roll call vote all seven Coumcilmen present Members of the City Council voted in the affirmative motion carried. It was reccommened by Councilman Steve that the boy concerned be notified that the fine was reduced. I respectfully request the appointment of Mr. J. N. Stenger as assistant Motion carried. Engineer during the design and construction of the Port Townsend Water (Yorks and System Replacement Project, effective immediately. Mr. Stenger will be employed by the City at the monthly salary of $600.00,~ which is to be drawn against the Port Townsend Water Works and System Replacement MAYOR Fund.
