Gentlemen:
I should Pike to request that the upper side of Jefferson Street between Van Buren
and Harrison Streets be graded to establish adenuate drainage between the Street and
the parking strip. At present there is no gutter and the water drains from the crown
\
of the road onto the parking area, the sidewalk and into my yard, and during the wet
season we really have quite a problem.
I would appreciate your early attention to this matter, thanking you for your
\\
cooperation, I am,
Yours truly,
Vera Barber,
1328 Jefferson Street
Port Townsend, Wash.
