memorial service for Queen Victoria, which was to be hold in the Prysbyterian Church, which
annoyed the good DR. very much, he exclaimed "tell them to go to hell", but I returned a

Re: Water Right No. 13765, Dosewallips River
Gentlemen:
It has been noted that two water rights have been applied for on the Dosewallips River
at approximately the same locations. One id for amended water right ( from power to power
Wand municipal supply) in conjunction with a reservoir storage, and a second water right for
municipal supply. The quantities requested could have a serious effect on the stream sit-
uation.
It is desired to set up a meeting to discuss the requested use of water in order.that
an intelligent solution to this problem may be made. Please contact this department re-
garding a meeting date for early in August ifpossible.
Very truly yours,
Robert J. Schoettler

ONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
ITY OF PORT TOiSNSEIM,
This is to advise that my office has collected a large number of delinquent garbage
ccounts of this city, some having run 3 or 4 years. There are certain isolated cases
here the people have left the state making it too expensive to effect collection.
The entire garbage account is now pretty well under control. I also wish to report
hat the Rose Theatre has advised that they intend to pay the admission tax in full. This
ill amount to over v1,000.00 and which should be paid to the Treasurer within the next
0 days.
