The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session
this 7th day of May, 1940, at 7:30 o'clock, P.M., in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Mayor H. L. Hirtzler presiding.

bills be allowed and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to issue warrants

proper funds in payment thereof. Upon Roll Call vote, all six Councilmen voted

affirmative, and the motion was declared carried,
