Brown, and seconded by Councilman Lewis, 'i,at the 1:ayor and City Clerk issue warrants for payment of these claims in the stuns author- ized by previous action of the Council, and that such warrants be meld by the City Cleric until notice of satisfactory completion from the proper Conunittee or city employes is received. Upon Roll Call vote, all five Councilmen present voted in the affirmmtive, and the motion was declared cara•ied.
