After consideration of all bids by the Council as a whole, it was moved by Councilman
Richards and seconded by Councilman Robt. Brown, that the bid of the 13. J. Buhler Motor
Co. be accepted. Upon roll call all seven councilmen.presented voted in the affirmative
and the notion w::s declared carried.
ADJOURNLMNT
No further business appearing at this time for consideration by the Council, it was
moved by Councilman Sullivan, seconded cy Countilman Robt. Brown, that the Council do now
adjourn. Motion carried.

The City Council of the City of Port 'Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this
19th day of December, 1939, at 7:30 ofelock, P.Li., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
l E;ayor H. L. Hirtzler presiding.
ROLL CALL
Upon roll call officers and members answering present were: Liayor H. L. Hirtzler,
City Attorney, W. J. Daly, City Clerk., C. F. Christian, and Councilmen C. E. Richards;
Robt. 'S. Brown; Wm. Lammers, Sr.; and Dennis Sullivan; Councilman J. F. 16aroldo arriving
later in the session.

It was moved by CounciLnan Robt. Brown, seconded by Councilman Sullivan, that the
minutes of the previous session be approved as written. ll;otion carried.
REPORTS OF OFFICERS
City Treasurer
The report of the City Treasurer for the month of November, 1939, was read and referre
to the Finance Committee.
Water Superintendentis Report
The report of the Water Superintendent for the month of November, 1939, was read and
referred to the Water Committee.
Main Line meters
The report of the Water Superintendent showing the flows of water thru the main line
meters for the week ending December 18, 1939, was read and ordered filed.
