Resolution_ Adopted
. 11� It was moved by Councilman b:aroldo and seconded by Councilman atobt-. Brown, that the
foregoing resolution be adopted. Upon roll call vote all five Councilmen present voted in
the affirmative, and the motion was declared carried.

;rl A proposed new water ordinance was again presented at this time, whereupon City Attorn
Daly reported to the Council that there seemed to ba considerable dissatisfaction among som
of the townspeople, particularly the owners and operators of apartment houses, and suggests[
that a meeting of the ';Dater Committee, 'Hater Superintendent, City Attorney, and City Clerk,
be held at which those citizens so desiring could appear and state their objections. After
a short general discussion upon this subject, Councilman Richards moved that such a meeting
as outlined by the City Attorney, be held on 'Tuesday, November 28th, at 3:00 o'clock, P.LM.,
to wrhich the public would be admitted, and that the Cit-; Clerk be instructed to publish
notice of said meeting in the local paper. Councilman Maroldo seconded this motion, and

upon voice vote, motion was declared carried.

Re: Pointing of City Bill
In accordance with the call for bids, as ordered at the last regular session published
J in the Port Townsend Leader, bids tendered for the work of pointing up the brick walls of
the South and West sides of the City Hall Building, were opened and read as follows:

Buhler Bid accepted

Yv`'k It vras moved by Councilman Robt. Brown, seconded by Councilman Maroldo, that inasmuch
as the bid of Buhler Idotor Co, appeared to be most favorable for the City, the said bid
of Buhler motor Co, be accepted in the sum of w826, rather than the sun of $810.00, as
I designated in the said bid,for the urpose of providing for the States sales tax which

was not included in said bid. Upon roll call vote all six councilmen present voted in the
affirmative, and the motion visa declared carried.

The mayor stated that the meeting would, at this time, revert to ti_e order of business
