ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

A copy of the proposed revised water ordinance, as drawn up by the City Attorney in

accordance with instructions by the Council, was presented at the City Clerk's desk by
City Attorney, W. J. Daly, who stated at this time that individual copies for councilmen
and City officers would be placed in the hands of each within the next day or two, so that
all would be able to acquaint themselves with the provisions therein in order that it could
i�
be thoroughly discussed and any desired changes made, 'when presented for the first reading
at the next regular session.

Councilman Lewis requested that 'Rater Superintendent Lockhart be advised to gather full
information relative to receipts and expenditures of the Slater Department for a period
covering approximately the last two years, in order that it might be available to the Counci
at such time as the proposed water ordinance should be discussed.
