Don Waltz for a Pin Ball Machine Operators' License was pros and read as follows: September 26, 1939 Qvor and City Council Port lownsend, Washington Gentlemen: The following will serve as an application for an operatorts license to operate pin ball machines in the City of Port Townsend. I have purchased the machines formerly operrtcd by Howard Didriksen in this city. Inasmuch as no provision has been wade in city ordinance realtive to a situation of this type I would like to have the license pro rated for the remaining three :nonths of this year, and will buy new license first of this coming year. I am uccompanying this letter :with check for same and trust that this is agreeabl with Slayer and members of City Council. Permits Granted It was Moved by Councilman Sullivan, seconded by Councilman Lammers, that the foregoing requests for permits be granted. Motion carried.
