Councilman Robt. Broom reported that the City Street Department had done everything
possible writl•.in their jurisdiction to Pliminate the condition caused by the excess overflow
from the septic tank at the riilsinger Place, but that further corrective action upon the
part of the owner of the property would be necessary.
City Attorney Daly reported that Mr. K. 0. Erickson, the owner, was expected to be in
Port Townsend within the next day or two, and that the :natter would be placed before him at N
