There crere presdnt in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Tuesday, November
22, 1938, at 7:30 P.M.; for the purpose of holding a meeting of the City Council; the Ij
following officers and members of the City Council:

City Clerk, C. F. Christian
Councilmen, Fred G. Lewis
R. E. Ammeter
Peter J. Naughton
This being less than the four Councilmen necessary to constitute a quorum, no
meeting could be held; and there being nothing in the files of the City Clerk which
appeared to be of an urgent nature; it was agreed among those present that there should
be no further attempt to hold a meeting prior to the first regular meeting in December.

The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, Plashington, met in regula b session this
6th day of December, 1938, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Iiall,
Mayor Hirtzler presiding.
ROLL CALL.
Upon roll call, Officers and L:embers answering present were: Mayor, H.L. Hirtzler;
City Attorney, C1. J. Daly; City Clerk, C.F. Christian; and Councilmen „'.S. Lafferty,
Fred G. Lewis, R.H. Ammeter, Tony DoLeo, and Robt, W. Brown.

It was moved by Councilman Brown and seconded by Councilman Lafferty that the

It was moved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilman DeLeo that the said
claims be allowed and that the luayor and the City Clerk be authorized to issue warrants
upon the.proper funds in payment thereof. Upon Roll Call vote, all five Councilman
present voted in the affirmative and the motion was declared carried.
