A bulletin from the Association of 'flashington Cities relative to tho
regional meeting to be hold in Shelton on November 2, 1938 visa presented and contents
REQUISITIONS.
Requisitions for supplies for the various departments were presented as
follows:
City 'dater Dept. 2, 6.00x16 Six Ply Tiros and Tubes
City Street Dept. 2 front Tires for Adams Grader
500 feet of Culvert Pipe
City Clerks Office Public Library l-and Slarrants
Voterts Motive of Cancellation Cards
It was moved by Councilman Naughton and seconded by Councilman Brown that the
said requisitions be granted. Motion declared carried.
UNFINISHED AND NEC! BUSINESS.
Under this order of business there ensued a short informal discussion of
the possible ways and means whereby the water pressure could be increased at those homes
on Morgan Hill where it was considered insufficient. It was suggested that perhaps one
of the pipe supply companies would send one of their engineers to look it over and make
recommendations; and the "later Supt. visa informally instructed to see what could be done
along this line.
ADJOURNI'ENT.
There being no further business before the Council, it was moved by Council-
man Naughton and seconded by Councilman Brown that the Council do now adjourn.

On November lot, 193B, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., there were present dot the Council
Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Port Townsend, for the purpose of holding a regal
session of the City Council, the following Officers and Members, toawit:
Llayor H. L. Hirtzler, City Atborney Vt. J. Daly, City Clerk C. F. Christian, and
Councilman Fred G. Lewis, which being less than four Councilmen present, the legal quorum,
no se:;sion could be held.
It was unanimously agreed among those present that the meeting be adjourned
to Wednesday evening, November 9th, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., and ordered that the City Clerk
send written notice to each Councilman to that effect.

November, 1938, (adjourned from Novemboi• let), at 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the council chambers
of the City Hall, Mayor Hirtzler presiding.
