It was moved by Councilman Brown, and seconded by Councilman Naughton that the Permits not applied for,
minuted of the regular meeting of October 4, 1938, be approved as written. Motion carried.
It was noted by the Council at this time that Mr. T. H.

construction of their respective dwellings; and it was thereupon moved by Councilman
